Community Learning projects with East Berkshire Community Learning and Skills Service

As part of our strategy to work with local organisations East Berkshire Community Learning and Skills Service has a fund to commission providers to deliver community learning projects. We encourage projects that widen participation and capacity building in community learning in Windsor and Maidenhead.

1.Typically, your community learning project will be one-off and run within an academic year (e.g. September 2017 to July 2018).

Bids should be submitted on our application form. Please read the guidance so that you understand the requirements for the funding. Your application should meet the requirements of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s strategic plan and the government’s community learning aims. There should be a clearly defined learning programme with a costed budget. We will ask for information from you about the learning and set out what you need to do to provide it to us.

The maximum amount that can be bid fir us £5,000. Applications for a small grant are invited at any time subject to availability of funds.

Community Learning in RBWM is managed by Slough Borough Council and the application form and guidance can be found online on Slough Borough Council website: http://www.slough.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/commissioning-strategy.aspx
