Access to Grant Finding Database for students and those in apprenticeships

Access to a grant finding database for students and those in apprenticeships to help uncover top up fees is available from a joint project between the Borough and Our Community Enterprise.

The new software allows users to search a large database of charities which may offer support. Once found, check their criteria for eligibility and then apply directly, saving hours of time and making applications more efficient.

The cost of the software licence has been covered by the borough and will be made available at four local sites:

  • Elevate Me, Unit 37, Nicholson Centre, Maidenhead, SL6 1LB
  • Maidenhead Library, St Ives Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1QU
  • Windsor Library, Bachelors Acre, Windsor, SL4 1ER
  • Ascot Durning Library, High Street, Ascot, SL5 7JF

The software is aimed at those who have been unsuccessful at finding government grants or bursaries and charitable grant funding, particularly those who have specific welfare, hardship or educational needs.

Users can go along to any of the sites for access to the database.
